Whether you need your order urgently or are happy to wait a few days we've got a delivery option to suit you. With a range of services available we're confident that you'll find a service that suits you and your lifestyle.

We use a number of delivery providers including Royal Mail, ParcelForce & DPD. Economy delivery uses an unscheduled service from a carrier of our choice.

Once your item has been despatched we will send you an email with the tracking details. Surcharges for outlying regions will be applied in all cases. We've included a guide below to show you the services available and the approximate costs but please note that these are dependent on where you live and the product that you are ordering. The amount payable and the options available will be clearly shown in the checkout and on the order confirmation page. An estimate of the shipping cost can be obtained by entering your postcode in to the ‘Shipping Estimator’ feature in the shopping cart, before you check out.

Delivery FAQ

How long will my delivery take?
Depending on the size of your item the delivery will take between 1 – 3 days (geographical restrictions apply). If the item is palletised then we will call you following your order to confirm a date that is convenient for you to receive the goods, if you have already done this when you bought the goods we will confirm the details with you at that stage.

I have chosen next day delivery, will it be with me tomorrow?
We endeavour to get your items to you as fast as we can, so to ensure that we can pick them and package them appropriately we ask that large palletised items are ordered before 12pm(midday) and smaller items are ordered before 3.30pm.

Something has come up and I am not going to be there when my item arrives?
All items we deliver require a signature. If this is a problem please let us know by calling 0333 305 2202 as soon as possible and we will try and rearrange the delivery to a more convenient day, please be aware that the courier may levy a charge for rearranging the delivery.

I am unsure of the cost for shipping and delivery timescales, how can I find more information?
You are more than welcome to call us on 0333 305 2202 Monday – Friday 09:00 -18.00 and Sunday 09:00 - 14.30. We will happily run through the process and costs with you for extra peace of mind.

When will my order be despatched?
We aim to despatch all orders as soon as possible, in the majority of cases this is done the same day. Once your order has been packed and despatched we will send you an e-mail confirming this, along with tracking details of the parcel(s). Please note that orders are only despatched Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Orders placed over the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be despatched the next working day. Please note we do not dispatch orders or delivery on a Saturday or Sunday.
